Xijing Plastic Surgery Hospital is the plastic surgery department of Xijing Hospital (First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University) in Xi'an, and one of the hospital's six "hospitals within a hospital". Founded in 1955 by Professor Wang Liangneng, one of the founders of plastic surgery in China, it was the first plastic surgery specialty in northwest China and is today among the country's leading plastic surgery programs, serving patients from across China as well as Central Asia, Southeast Asia and beyond.

Designated in 1986 as the only Plastic Surgery Specialty Technical Center in the PLA, and in 2006 as the only PLA Plastic Surgery Research Institute.
