Core Technologies and Strengths

1. First-Generation IVF (IVF-ET)

Standard in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, used in cases such as tubal blockage — ~6,000 cycles a year with a pregnancy rate around 50%.

2. Second-Generation IVF (ICSI)

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection for male factor infertility, including oligospermia, asthenospermia and azoospermia — the technique that produced China's first ICSI baby in 1996.

3. Third-Generation IVF (PGT/PGD) — the Signature Strength

China's first PGD baby was born here in 2000. The center performs routine PGD for thalassemia, chromosomal translocations and rare hereditary diseases, and in 2012 produced China's first HLA-matched "savior baby." 4. AIH / IUI
